Drag and drop woes

Spent all day fiddling with drag and drop issues.  First was finding the right nodes for the events.  Which is source, which is destination?  .. very complex.  Once I got that fixed, then it was getting the mouse effects to act right.  I spent all day yesterday on that and today it was broken again. 

All boiled down to one line of code in the GiveFeedback event.  Don't ever set the EventArgs to handled in this event unless you are going to manually change the mouse pointer yourself.
